I built Bright Presence Digital around a simple standard. The website, the platform behind it, and the server it runs on should all come from the same person who answers when something needs attention. Most agencies can't operate that way. Most platforms won't.

That standard shows up in the work. Private schools get a CMS designed for the people who actually update the calendar and the news feed. Churches get a management platform that replaces five disconnected subscriptions with one system on their own server. Medical offices and municipalities get sites that load fast, render correctly on every device, and don't depend on a vendor who could disappear next quarter.

Outside Bright Presence, I handle full-cycle sales for a Pittsburgh-based telecom company. Since 2020 I've reached out to schools, businesses, and municipalities directly, replacing their old phone systems with modern Business VoIP. I also run a BBB-accredited dog walking business in the South Hills, write regularly on building and the trades, and operate the private server infrastructure that hosts all of it. The breadth is intentional. Designing software that respects an organization's time is easier when you've also been the operator on the other side of it.
