Reading is one of the most heavily Latino cities in the United States, with a large majority of residents speaking Spanish at home, and it carries some of the highest poverty rates in Pennsylvania. It is also the seat of Berks County, so county wide institutions sit inside a city with very little spare money.

Reading and the Berks County bodies around it serve a city with a large Spanish speaking majority and very little budget slack. Public information that only exists in English, or only exists on paper at the office, is not reaching the residents who need it most.

Public bodies get judged on whether a resident can find a form, a meeting time and a phone number without calling the office. That is a low bar and most sites still miss it.

Most builds run three to six weeks depending on how much content is ready. Sites are built to WCAG 2.1 Level AA at delivery and hosted on a private server I administer, not a page builder you rent by the month. You get a straightforward one time build price plus a flat monthly for hosting, updates and support, and I quote it before you commit to anything. If a cheaper option genuinely fits you better, I will say so.
