Minneapolis Nonprofit & Church organizations deserve a site that signals credibility.
Serving Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Nonprofits and churches in Minneapolis need a website that earns trust and drives action.
- Custom design built for donors, volunteers, and your community
- Mobile-friendly pages that load quickly on any device
- Simple tools so your team can update events and content
- Clear, credible presentation of your mission and giving options
- A real person to work with, available remotely and responsive
What Minneapolis congregations and nonprofits are up against
Minneapolis holds the largest Somali community in the United States alongside deep Lutheran and Catholic institutional roots, and the metro has resettled refugees at a high rate for decades. A lot of welcome work runs through congregations rather than agencies.
Families arriving check the same thing everyone checks, on a phone, often in another language, often before they have transportation. A site written in dense English with no clear times loses them immediately.
Donations belong on a platform built for donations, such as Classy, Give Lively or Raisin. They handle PCI compliance, receipting and fraud. I build the path to them and make it feel like one organization, and I stay out of the payment rail.
A site that earns the minute it gets
Written to be understood
Plain language that works for someone new to the country and new to your organization, without insider vocabulary.
A giving path that keeps trust
A clean, styled handoff to your existing donation platform so nobody stalls at the moment of decision.
Mobile first, genuinely
Because for this kind of organization the overwhelming majority of visits come from a phone.
Editable by your office
Events, announcements and times updated by whoever is in the office, without calling a developer.
I work with organizations across the country from a studio just outside Pittsburgh. Distance has not been the hard part in a long time. Being reachable is, and that is the part I take most seriously.
Working with one person, from Pittsburgh
You are hiring one person, not an agency. I am Scott Rocca, I work out of Bridgeville just outside Pittsburgh, and I do the design, the build, the hosting and the support call myself. Nothing gets handed to a junior and nothing gets outsourced. That is the tradeoff: you will not get a 20 person team, and you will never be handed to someone who does not know your project.
Most builds run three to six weeks depending on how much content is ready. Sites are built to WCAG 2.1 Level AA at delivery and hosted on a private server I administer, not a page builder you rent by the month. You get a straightforward one time build price plus a flat monthly for hosting, updates and support, and I quote it before you commit to anything. If a cheaper option genuinely fits you better, I will say so.
If you are in Minneapolis and you want to talk it through, email scott@brightpresencedigital.com or call (412) 314-8850. I reply within two business days.
