Small Business Web Design · Allentown, PA

Allentown Small Business organizations deserve a site that signals credibility.

Serving Allentown, Pennsylvania.

Small businesses in Allentown, Pennsylvania need a website that earns trust and brings customers in.

What Allentown local businesses are up against

Allentown is the third largest city in Pennsylvania and one of the fastest changing. More than half the city speaks Spanish at home, the downtown has been rebuilt around new arenas and offices while whole blocks around it have not, and the population has grown while much of the rest of the state shrank.

Allentown has seen real growth in Latino owned businesses, many of them established, busy and almost invisible online. When the website is a Facebook page with no hours, a customer searching at nine at night simply picks whoever answered the question.

Most local businesses lose customers at the same place: a site that looks abandoned, so the customer assumes the business is too.

A site that earns the minute it gets

Found, then believed

Being findable is half of it. The other half is a site that makes someone trust you enough to call.

What you do and what it costs

Services stated plainly, with enough about price that a customer knows whether to bother, which saves you both a call.

Mobile first, genuinely

Because nearly every local search happens on a phone, often while the person is deciding between you and the next result.

Editable by you

Hours, services and seasonal changes updated yourself, without paying someone for a fifteen minute edit.

I work with organizations across Pennsylvania and the rest of the country from a studio just outside Pittsburgh. Being reachable has never been the hard part, and that is the part I take most seriously.

Working with one person, from Pittsburgh

You are hiring one person, not an agency. I am Scott Rocca, I work out of Bridgeville just outside Pittsburgh, and I do the design, the build, the hosting and the support call myself. Nothing gets handed to a junior and nothing gets outsourced. That is the tradeoff: you will not get a 20 person team, and you will never be handed to someone who does not know your project.

Most builds run three to six weeks depending on how much content is ready. Sites are built to WCAG 2.1 Level AA at delivery and hosted on a private server I administer, not a page builder you rent by the month. You get a straightforward one time build price plus a flat monthly for hosting, updates and support, and I quote it before you commit to anything. If a cheaper option genuinely fits you better, I will say so.
