I will tell you when you do not need what you are asking for. A five page site that loads fast and says the right things will out earn a twenty page site nobody finishes reading, and it costs you less to build and less to keep.
If you take payments, that belongs with a payment processor, not in something I build. If you need a full storefront with inventory and shipping rules, an established commerce platform will serve you better than a custom build, and I will say so rather than sell you the bigger project.
I would rather build the right small thing and still be the person you call next year than sell you a large thing you resent.
