1. About this site
This website is operated by Bright Presence Digital LLC, a Pennsylvania Domestic Limited Liability Company (PA file #0015384463). The site is informational — a description of our services with a contact form. Using the site doesn’t create a service contract between us; a signed Master Services Agreement does.
2. Acceptable use
- Don’t use the site in ways that violate law.
- Don’t try to break into restricted areas, scrape beyond what robots.txt permits, or run automated attacks.
- Form submissions should be truthful and should not include personal information about anyone other than you or your organization.
- Don’t submit information about children under 13 through this site. See Children’s Privacy.
3. Intellectual property
All content on this site — copy, layout, graphics, logos, code — is owned by Bright Presence Digital LLC. Client logos and images displayed in our portfolio are used with permission and remain property of their respective owners. You’re welcome to quote us with attribution; reproducing the site or its design is not permitted.
4. Third-party services & links
This site includes a contact form handled by a third-party service (Formspree) and may link to external services (our client portal, demo sites, and external links we reference). Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We aren’t responsible for third-party content or outages.
5. No warranty
This site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We don’t warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing on the site is legal, medical, financial, or professional advice — it’s marketing and informational content about our services.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bright Presence Digital LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site. Our total cumulative liability for any claim related to this site is limited to one hundred dollars ($100.00). This cap doesn’t limit liability that can’t be limited by law (gross negligence, willful misconduct, IP infringement claims). These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any dispute arising from the use of this site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
